Week 2 Game of the week.
Thunder 12U vs. Cowboys 12U
Bang... Bang... Rumble... Rumbler... The Cowboys were letting off shots every Quarter... Bang... Bang... The Thunder was bring the the thunderous Rumble from the skies every quarter! These 2 teams seemed to be scoring at every possession they had every quarter. But with 10 seconds left in the game and the Cowboys leading 24 to 19, the Cowboys QB thru a hail mary into the endzone to score the game winning TD and take home their first win of the season!!! Final score Thunder 26 vs. Cowboys 24! Both teams played very hard and should be very proud of themselves. Way to go players and coaches!
Cowboys 10U vs. Tigers 10U
Both teams had opening weekend wins and wanted to continue that streak thru week 2. The defenses on these teams battled it out throughout the game! Neather team wanted to give up a TD, much less an Xtra point. In the end a 2 point game opening conversion was the difference. Final score Cowboys 14 vs. Tigers 12. Both teams played very hard and should be very proud of themselves. Way to go players and coaches!
Wolverines Orange 12U vs. Rebels 12U
1 point difference! That is what the difference was in this game! These 2 teams ran as fast as they could! They jumped as high as they could! They pulled as many flags as they could! They gave 200% of themselves to this game! Neither team gave up! Neither team let their will give in! At the end of this game, neither team felt as if they lost the game, because of the effort they put into it! This was a Great game and I as the Commissioner would like to congratulate both teams on a well played hard fought game. In the end though the Wolverines squeaked way with their first win of the season. Final score Wolverines 20 vs. Rebels 19. Both teams played very hard and should be very proud of themselves. Way to go players and coaches!
